The winner will need to confirm acceptance within 7 days of being notified. If the winner does not confirm acceptance within this timeframe, the promoter has the right to pick another winner.

Escapism is the promoter of this competition. It begins on 2 January and it ends on 25 January 2015.

Prize Includes:

Two return Economy flights from London Heathrow to Sydney, Australia on a Qantas operated and marketed flight.

10 nights' accommodation in a central Sydney hotel, including 5 nights at QT Sydney  – twin share and room only (excludes but not limited to mini bar, laundry, gym, spa treatments, porterage and meals). Subject to availability. Blackout periods apply. Cannot be used for another hotel within QT chain.

Four-course dinner for two at Quay Restaurant – up to a value of $425 including one bottle of wine. 

BridgeClimb Express Climb for two people, valid until 31 March 2016 You must also comply with the conditions of BridgeClimb including but not limited to 0% alcohol blood content.

Prize travel is subject to availability at the time of booking. 

Prize travel must be booked and ticketed by 31 March 2015 with travel commenced between 22 May and 6 June 2015, and completed within 12 months of the date of departure from London Heathrow. Travel is not permitted between 5 December 2015 and 18 January 2016, and 18 March and 11 April 2016. Qantas makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination.

The Escapism digital team, based at 4 Tun Yard, Peardon Street, London, SW8 3HT, will pick a winner. The winner be notified via email seven days after the competition finishes. If for any reason the chosen winner cannot accept the prize, we will choose a second winner and notify them via email.

There will be one prize. The maximum total prize value is approximately £5,200 based on the recommended retail value and the exchange rate at the time of printing. Qantas and Destination NSW accept no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize or if the prize (or part of) becomes unavailable.

The winner and their companion must travel together on prize flights and will not accrue Qantas Frequent Flyer points on the prize travel or accommodation. An upgrade cannot be purchased on airfares with cash or Qantas Points.

The prize does not include transfers (UK or Australia), travel insurance, passports, visas, meals, alcohol (unless indicated), taxes not included in the price of the ticket, ground transportation or any other costs of a personal nature not stated. Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the prize winner and companion.

Any changes (if applicable) are at the cost of the prize winner. 

You are liable for all visa, quarantine and customs requirements when entering Australia and Sydney.

Directors, management, employees and their immediate families and registered travel companions of employees of Qantas Airways Limited (Qantas) and employees of Destination NSW are not permitted to enter.

Prize travel is subject to Qantas’ General Conditions of Carriage, available at qantas.com. 

All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash. Prizes cannot be used to purchase gift certificates or lay-buys nor can they be re-sold. Prizes must be taken as offered. No modifications or exchanges will be possible. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value, performance or availability of any of the prizes.

In the event that for any reason whatsoever a prize winner does not take an element of the prize at the time agreed by the promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by that prize winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element of the prize.

Once the prizes have been arranged by the promoter, changes to the travel, accommodation and other prize arrangements must be made by and are at the expense of the prize winner.

The prize cannot be on-sold on auction websites, classifieds or by other method of re-sale.

The prize cannot be used for any other promotions/competitions.
