These are the rules for the Tullamore D.E.W. Busking Unbarred promotion to win a trip to the Tullamore D.E.W. distillery in Ireland and redeem a free music download from Tullamore D.E.W’s Busking Unbarred site

The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland) who are 18 years old or older (proof of age may be requested). Employees of the promoter or Steely Fox, or any company within the same group of companies as the promoter or Steely Fox, and their immediate families, their agents or anyone professionally associated with the promotion (associates) are not allowed to enter the competition. The winner’s guest must also comply with these rules. To claim the prize, the winner and winner’s guest must have a valid passport, visa and any other necessary travel documentation required to travel to the destination.

All entrants will receive a code for a free music download by one of the ten truly talented #BuskingUnbarred buskers here.

The closing date for entries to be received by the promoter is 23:59 on 30 December 2015. The promoter’s decision about whether an entry has been received in time will be final.

The prize:

The trip will run in April 2016 (with the exception of Easter Weekend) If the trip is not taken during April 2016, the winner will have no entitlement to the trip.

The prize will include for one winner and his/her guest: airport transfers, economy return flights from the nearest major U.K airport to Dublin for the winner and his/her guest to travel together, two nights’ accommodation in Ireland (one night in Tullamore, one night in Galway) at a venue selected by the promoter, transfers throughout trip, distillery tours, tastings, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, drinks (as deemed reasonable) and a chaperone throughout.

The trip will be hosted by the Tullamore Distillery Ambassador Jennifer Proctor (unless for any reason Jennifer Procter is unavailable, in which case a suitable alternative host will be selected by the Promoter).

The promoter will organise all travel arrangements and the accommodation (which are subject to availability) and:

  • must be made by or through the promoter’s chosen travel agent;
  • on a carrier of the promoter’s choice; and
  • must be booked at least thirty (30) days prior to the desired date of travel.

The winner and winner’s guest are responsible for all trip expenses not specified in these rules as being included, such as taxes (other than those related to the air transportation), ground transportation (such as taxis and buses), travel insurance and gratuities.

Other restrictions may apply to the transportation and accommodation.

Once flights and accommodation details are confirmed by the promoter’s chosen travel agent (on behalf of the promoter), no change will be possible.

The promoter cannot be held responsible for any circumstances that may cause the winner and/or winner’s guest to be unable to travel on the date of their booking.

To claim your music download, simply use the code provided by Escapism/Foodism to you on entry to the competition and enter it along with your details into the registration form found at tullamoredew.com for the promotion (the registration form) and click submit.

The free music download promotion offers a single download of a song per code – from a selection of 10 artists: James Riley, Ray Scully, Keywest, Samuel Vas-Y, The Fitzafrenic, Wojtek Gasiorowski, Fergus Mckay, Jen and the Gents, Adam Kadabra, Charlotte Campbell.

Promotional codes are valid until 30st December 2015. After this date the code will be invalid and the free music download will cease to be available.

How will the winner be chosen:

The winner of the prize will be drawn at random by an independent judging organisation (whose decisions are final in all respects) from the database of all the entrants submitted before the closing date. The draw will take place on 6 January 2016. The winner will be the first name drawn. The promoter will use reasonable efforts to notify the winner by email before 23:59 on 7 January 2016. The winner must respond to this email within 21 days or he/she will automatically be disqualified and another winner will be chosen. This process may be repeated as often as necessary. The name and region of the winner may be obtained after the date of the draw by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope detailing your request and the name of the promotion to promoter.

General:

There is no cash alternative.

Only one entry per person is allowed.

Any third party entries, multiple entries or entries submitted by agents will not be accepted.

The promoter reserves the right to change the selection of songs available for download and the proposed itinerary of the trip.

The promoter will only use personal data submitted by entrants in accordance with its privacy policy, which is available by clicking here.

The winner and the guest may be required to participate in reasonable publicity connected with the promotion.

By participating in the promotion, the entrants licence and grant the promoter an exclusive, royalty free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and display such content for any purpose in any media, without compensation, restriction on use, attribution or liability. Participants agree not to assert any moral rights in relation to such use.

All entries become the property of the promoter, and none shall be returned.

In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavor to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

The promoter reserves the right to verify any details of any entrant, the winner or the winner’s guest.

The code cannot be sold or auctioned and will be declared invalid in these instances.

The promoter's decision on all aspects of this promotion is final.

The promoter has the right to refuse to award the prize to anyone whom it reasonably believes has broken any of these rules.
