Entry is only via the Macau campaign site (tumi.macaucompetition.co.uk). It is the entrants' responsibility to complete the entry form in full and incomplete entries will not be included. Entry is restricted to one per person.

Late or corrupt entries will not be accepted and the Promoter is not responsible for any technical or other issues which impede an entrants' entry being submitted correctly and/or in full. The Promoter is not responsible for any changes in e-mail, mailing address and /or telephone numbers provided at time of entering the prize draw. The Promoter is in no way liable for the reproduction or indirect access via third party web site or home page access which reproduction misstates or omits any of the information or terms and conditions connected with the promotion.

The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom, Isle of Man or Channel Islands aged 18 or over except employees of Macau Government Tourist Office, Tumi, Banyan Tree and anyone else professionally associated with the draw. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants.

There is one prize for two people consisting of return economy class flights between London and Hong Kong, return high-speed ferry transfers between Hong Kong and Macau, return car transfers between Macau ferry port and hotel, 5 nights' shared accommodation in a Signature Pool Suite at the Banyan Tree Macau including breakfast and a set of Tumi Tegra-Lite Luggage (Cabin and Large Check In ) worth approximately £1,200.00.

The dates of the prize trip are departure from the UK on 12th December 2015 for arrival in Macau on 13th December 2015 for a five night stay at Banyan Tree Macau (check in 13th December and check-out on 18th December). The return flight departs Hong Kong on 18th December 2015 and lands in the UK on 19th December 2015. These dates are fixed and winner and his/her companion must be available to attend or forfeit the prize.

The prize does not include UK airport transfers, food and beverages outside of the included daily breakfast, spending money, any other excursions, travel, accommodation, attractions or tips, any other personal or medical expenses other than those stated. It is the responsibility of the prizewinner to ensure that they and their companion have a valid passport and insurance and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visas for their trip.

The normal booking conditions of the airline, Turbojet and Banyan Tree Macau apply.

Once a booking has been made and confirmation provided to the prize winner, no further changes to the booking are allowed. No upgrades allowed. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of similar value should the specified prize become unavailable for any reason.

All elements of the prize are non-transferable, non-negotiable and there are no cash alternatives.

The prize draw will take place in during the first week of November 2015. One winner will be chosen at random by an independent judge from all eligible entries made by via the Macau campaign site. The judge's decision is final, and no further correspondence will be entered into.

Once notified (via the email address supplied at point of entry), the winner will have 72 hours to reply with acceptance of their prize. Should the selected winner not reply within 72 hours of being notified, then it will be deemed that the prize winner has forfeited their prize, and a re-draw will take place. Same rules will apply for the re-drawn winner (should this scenario occur). If after 72 hours there has been no acceptance notification received, then the prize will be cancelled. A winner whose prize has been forfeited is not entitled to payment or compensation of any kind.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel this competition, or to change any condition of this competition, without notice. The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, amend or cancel the prize draw without notice in the unlikely event of a major catastrophe, war, earthquake or any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any similar event or circumstance outside of its control and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.

Neither the Promoter nor any other person or party associated with this prize draw shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss or damage) disappointment or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with either participation in this promotion or with taking the prize.

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit the liability of the Promoter or any other person or party associated with prize draw for death or personal injury caused by their staff or suppliers' negligence or for fraud or for any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded by law or regulation.

The winner may be required to take part in reasonable publicity as specified by the Promoter. By entering this prize draw and ticking to accept the terms and conditions, you accept that the Macau Government Tourist Office UK Representative (the Promoter) and partners (Tumi and Banyan Tree Macau) may use your name for their promotional and publicity purposes, without the payment of any fee, nor the requirement for prior notification or permissions. You also accept that by entering this prize draw, that you will automatically be subscribed to future communications by the Promoter and individual prize partners. However you may unsubscribe from each company's communications at any time.
