The festival
Beermageddon is only three years old, but it's sold out each year, and 2015 plans to be no different. Billing itself as 'metal's best kept secret', it's a pefect antidote to the gigantic mega-festivals like Download and Sonisphere. With more well-known acts alongside smaller bands, the main draw of this festival is that it's in a slightly more intimate setting than your usual field day.
It's held at a sports and country club, no less, so you're guaranteed to get your head all up in the action up front.
Also, beer.
Our tip
If you're worrying about pricey drinks inside the festival, don't worry, they've got a massive selection of real ales on site. AND THEY'RE CHEAP. Probably why they called it BEERmageddon.
