Terms and Conditions of Entry
Acceptance of these terms and conditions is a condition of entry to the competition. By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

ELIGIBILITY
i. The competition is open to residents in the UK, aged 18 years or over.
THE PRIZE

Tweed Cottage, Cornwall
i. Win a 7 nights’ self-catering stay for up to 2 people at Tweed Cottage.
ii. More information on the villa can be obtained from the listing here
iii. The prize must be booked by 31st August 2025 and the stay must be taken within 12 months of winning (from 1st June 2025 – 1st June 2026).

Dates are subject to availability and exclude the following periods: 1st Jun 2025 – 6th September 2025 and 21st December 2025 – 4th January 2026.
iv. Villa should be booked at least six weeks in advance of the preferred departure date.

v. Guest will need to provide credit card details before the stay, which will be a pre-authorisation with no charge subject to a damage inspection on departure.

vii. The prize does not include travel insurance and excludes all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.

viii. The prize and all its elements are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that the villa is no longer available with Oliver’s Travels a replacement villa will be provided of equal or greater value.

viiii. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
