Starting from 6pm tomorrow, you're invited to eat a whole cow, quite literally.

Meat chain Byron's latest stunt, in the Camden Town brewery, is its 'wholey cow' event – which does exactly what it says on the tin. Head of food development Fred Smith will attempt to use an entire cow over Friday an Saturday and turn it into burgers, drinks and other tasty bites.

The idea, unsurprisingly, is that the WHOLE cow is used, rather than just the best bits. The more tender parts of the cow will be used to make Byron's signature burgers, and the tougher cuts will be used to make chilli for the fries.

Plus, there's Bloody Bull cocktails – we'll report back on whether there's any meat in those...

It runs until Saturday night, or more crudely, until the meat runs out. See you there.
