The festival
This little showcase down by the Ohio River is an absolute blast, boasting a stunning range of alternative and mainstream acts. Delish. Down on the bay, right next to the Cinncinati Reds baseball stadium, it'd be perfect for a baseball metaphor. Unfortunately/fortunately, we know sod-all about baseball. We're shit hot on our music, however, so we'll be looking to get our musically informed arses out to Cincinnati. Go team!
Our tip
Check out the craft beer village near the Lawn Stage. Craft beer has been taking America by storm, so there are bound to be some doozies.

How do I get there?
By plane: Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) plus a 20 minute drive.
Dayton International Airport (DAY) plus a 45 minute drive.
By car: Major highways into Cincinnati are I-71, I-74 and I-75. Routes 27, 32 and 50 are also major arteries into the city.
By, erm, foot: If you are staying in Downtown Cincinnati or across the bridge in Newport, Kentucky, you can walk to Sawyer Point and Yeatman's Cove in less than 20 minutes.
By bus: If you are staying in Downtown Cincinnati, hop on Metro Route 1 or 85 and get off at Nuxhall Way at Merhing Way.
If you are staying in Newport, Kentucky, hop on the TANK Southbank Shuttle and get off at Taylor-Southgate & East Pete Rose Way.
