The basics
Boogie on down (who says that anymore?) in Montenegro for four days sun, sand and well, sound. That 'sound' being soul, funk and disco in particular, amongst other things (like jazz, or house).
The festival
If you like your festivals in slightly more idyllic surroundings, then you could do a lot worse than Southern Soul – like, a lot worse. Imagine a festival in a Kwik Fit or something?
No, if it's beaches and sun that you want, then this one is a safe bet. Based on the Adriatic Coast, this festival caters for those with musical tastes further removed from the whole OFF YOUR FACE IN A FIELD DANCING TO REPETITIVE MUSIC end of the spectrum. With Southern Sun, you can choose from a wider selection of sightly calmer music (not too calm, mind) that hovers around the jazz and soul areas.

Take your swimming trunks, you nudist.
