Mozambique’s Gorongosa National Park is one of the world’s largest conservation areas – thanks in part to a huge conservation effort that’s been going on over the past few years. As you can see from the gallery above, it's now home to small colonies of lions, leopards, elephant, buffalo and zebra, all carefully conserved to promote the biodiversity that the savannah in the park was once famous for.
