It's not often we get invited to a party where the dress code is "strictly white" – we'd just worry about spilling our dinner on our outfit. But that hasn't put off Nikki Beach, Mallorca's party playground, as it's back for its third season at the start of June with its annual White Party. Think celebrity DJs, fireworks and a whole load of Balearic extravagance. Serving up pared-down Mediterranean food under the direction of chef Marc Fosh, the menu changes regularly with treats such as local sea bass, eel tortellini and foie gras soup.
