We've heard of pop-up restaurants in disused train carriages, under shops and in council flats. But a pop-up in Heathrow Airport is a new one.
For six days in August, Ceviche founder Martin Morales is popping up at the Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse lounge, serving parched passengers sea bass ceviche, drunk scallops and Peruvian quinoa salad. Ceviche itself started as a pop-up last year, before finding a permanent bolthole in Soho last March.
Only problem is – you need to be an upper class Virgin Atlantic passenger to find it. Time to whip out the credit card? We think so…
The Ceviche pop-up restaurant is in the Virgin lounge from 12-18 August.
