The basics
Las Vegas will see the party spirit come alive in with some frankly bone-shakingly amazing concerts.
The festival
Misleading titled Rock in Rio takes place in Las Vegas (it also has taken place in Rio and Madrid, Spain) over the course of two weekends in May, and it brings the sultry flavours and a passion for a party from Brazil to the US.
More a series of huge concerts than a full on camping and glitter festival, Rock In Rio brings some of the world’s biggest pop and rock acts to the strip where it recreates an entire ‘city of rock’.
Las Vegas is the perfect background for a musical jaunt, with loads of stuff to do in the day (read: lose all your money in a casino) before spending the nights rockin’ out.
